Vegan Protein Pancakes
Not your conventional chocolate pancakes!
This recipe yields 5 fluffy vegan protein pancakes, with no refined sugars and loads of tasty health benefits.
You will need:
- 90g oat flour
- 21g VFuel’s Vegan Lean protein
- 1/2 tspn baking powder
- 1/2 tspn vanilla extract
- 70ml of almond milk or vegan milk of your choice
- 20ml maple syrup
- A dash of cinnamon (roughly 1-2 grams)
- You will also need a nonstick pan and something to oil it with (we used coconut oil spray).
Step 1) Blend all of your ingredients in a bowl until you reach a thick batter like consistency. If the batter is too thick or crumbly, just add some water to thin it out.
Step 2) Heat your non-stick pan on medium heat, and then proceed to oil it.
Step 3) Take approximately 3 tablespoons worth of batter and place it on the hot pan (make sure the pan is properly heated through). That should be enough to yield one pancake.
Step 4) Repeat Step 3 four more times and enjoy.
